We collect minimal data: email addresses (when you subscribe or register), payment information processed by Stripe (card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers), usage analytics (page views, anonymized), and browser type/language preferences stored locally. We do not track individual investment decisions or store financial data.
Processing is based on: (a) your consent when subscribing to our newsletter, (b) legitimate interest for analytics and platform improvement, (c) contractual necessity for providing the service.
We use essential cookies for session management and access tier authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Vercel Web Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use third-party cookies or collect personal data.
We use: Vercel (hosting, Germany/EU region), Stripe (payment processing — processes card details, billing address, and transaction data under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy; legal basis: contractual necessity per Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), Supabase (database, EU region), Marketstack API (market data), FRED API (economic data), BLS/BEA (US government economic data), CoinGecko API (crypto data), Anthropic Claude API (AI research generation). No personal data is shared with data API services. Stripe receives only the data necessary to process your payment.
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. You may request deletion at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure API key management, and access controls.
