VegaMacro provides macro-economic research, data visualization, model portfolios, and AI-generated analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
All content, including model portfolios, trade expressions, conviction scores, price targets, and AI-generated research reports, is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content, code, design, data visualizations, and AI-generated research on this Platform are the intellectual property of VegaMacro and its founder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Market data is sourced from Marketstack, FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), CoinGecko, and other third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data displayed.
VegaMacro, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.
VegaMacro offers tiered paid subscriptions (Retail at €19/month, Analyst at €49/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method. Prices include applicable taxes (Kleinunternehmer per § 19 UStG — no VAT charged). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
If a free trial is offered, it grants full access to the selected tier for the trial period (typically 7 days). After the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the advertised rate unless you cancel before the trial period expires. You will receive a reminder email before conversion. No charges are made during the trial period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@vegamacro.com or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be applied.
As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by beginning to use the digital service immediately upon subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you have not yet accessed any premium content, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting info@vegamacro.com. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
